Project Management
People are quick to talk about project management nowadays - everything is a project and everybody becomes a project manager. There is, however, a clear definition of the term "project". We can only talk about a project when the following criteria are fulfilled:

These criteria make it clear that a project cannot be carried out without a plan. Projects are becoming increasingly complex, thus involving know-how and tying up staff. Companies are meeting their limits and important projects are delayed. Systematic preparation and planning as well as manpower are necessary for the successful realisation of a project.
